Yes, I know shocking for us English speakers, but it's the truth. Our Translator package was created for the International community. Joomla is an International software that was meant for multiple languages, and while most of the Internet is in English, it won't always be this way. The Internet is growing into a mature multilingual community. While people may have different languages we all share some of the same ideas and values. Translate your site today, diversify your site visitors, and make your site globally renown.

Why use this package?

If your site attracts a diverse group of people, you might think about translating your site into their language. Not only can it help you get your point across better but it compliments your foreign reader. Our Translator package takes Joomla translation well beyond the basic Joomla interface translation, but also allows you to translate any of your self-created menus, sections, categories, articles, and menu items. This gives you a well translated site fit for any Internationalized web site.

Who is this package for?

Intermediate to advanced users should use this package. Brave newbies can try also. The interface defaults to English so if you can read this then you are in good shape. You'll need to have the ability to translate your own content. This isn't a magical software dictionary. All features are configured and ready to use but in order to get full use of your package, intermediate and advanced users might think about attending a "Building an International Joomla Website" clinic. (There are also clinics that will bring newbies up to speed.)

What is in this package?

Our Translator package is first and foremost built upon our powerful core package, which includes the latest 1.5 version of Joomla CMS. All advanced SEF, FAQ, and Sitemap tools are included for normal website duties. We have added the JoomFish suite to translate the rest of your site. Think of this package as the International Core Package as it is the starting point for all of your site building. We have included the some of the worlds major spoken languages, English (default), Spanish, and French. Please take no offense if your native tongue wasn't included, we limited our selections so that your site would run quickly and your interface wouldn't be crowded. Remember our Translator package doesn't work miracles and magically translate content for you, you must have translations for each of your languages.
