Our captain was Brandon and he did a great job! He really aimed to please and answered all kinds of questions. We were able to dock on the beach at Cumberland Island (this was a highlight for me as I really wanted to go to Cumberland island and couldn't get a ferry on the days we were there). We all laughed a lot and enjoyed our afternoon. You might want to bring layers as you never know if you will be cold or hot on a boat. They offered complimentary drinks, which was kind. We also got some good pictures. Really it was just a wonderful experience.

Awesome experience. We rented craigcat boats and had our tour guide take us around the area. Kyle kept our attention, gave us a history of the area, and helped us find shark teeth at one of the beaches. It was a beautiful day, and we got to enjoy the ride, saw some interesting birds, and was lucky enough to see dolphins too! Will come again. Thank you, Kyle!

Great service! They were there on time and made it all simple. If I could offer one piece of advice- maybe you could offer a "late pickup" option... Our attendants arrived to collect our chairs at 4:02pm on the dot. I understand that that was within the agreed upon time, but we are late risers and would have gladly paid hourly for a little extra time in the afternoon. But still, great company! Great service! Oh, and AMAZING communication! Thank you!

Zack was the best tour guide.Friendly, loved his town and shared all the historical details.He told us local place to eat, battered football with my husband which he loved.But most of all passionate about what he did in a relaxed manner.He was one of the best parts of our vacation.Jane

Riptide is the best! They made sure my best friends' birthday surprise was nonstop fun!These little boats were clean and in perfect running order. And man do they scoot!Tour guide Kyle was friendly, funny and entertaining about the areas history, animals and people.What a great day! No question, we would go again!

We have used Riptide for Beach Chair & Umbrella rentals for a total of 3 calendar weeks this year. Our equipment has always been exactly where it was supposed to be before the stated time & pick ups were never early. The equipment was in good to excellent condition. We plan to continue to use Riptide even though other companies are available. We recommend Riptide to anyone desiring to rent beach equipment.

We've rented chairs & umbrellas for our annual family Amelia Island vacation from Riptide for years & the service is always wonderful. The convenience of having everything set up & taken down for us is fantastic! They are dependable and have everything set up by 8a. The equipment is always in good shape & obviously well taken care of.

We had an amazing time with Kyle and Zack as our tour guides. The boats are easy to drive and lots of fun. Kyle gave lots of info at the various stops along the tour with some humor mixed in. We were lucky enough to see some dolphins on the water and wild horses on Cumberland Island. I would highly recommend this to anyone visiting the Amelia Island area.

Thank you for such a successful week of surfing for our granddaughter. She made friends and is well on her way to be a surfer girl. Being from Atlanta, she really enjoyed all aspects of the week: lunch, tie dying a shirt, making friends and of course surfing. I enjoyed the adult supervision, the friendly atmosphere, and keeping an eye on the sunscreen. Hope to sign up for next year😍✔️👏

Zack was awesome. We went out on SUP’s on Egan’s creek. It was pretty low key but a nice way to get out and explore an area we weren’t familiar with. Riptide was easy to work with and set up our activity on the same day. Whenever we are back on Amelia Island, we will definitely call Riptide for help with our next water activity!

Had a blast. Don't wear a cap but plenty of sunscreen. You WILL get soaked so be prepared. You will possibly see manatee and dolphins as we did. You may get to ride over to Cumberland Island to see the feral horses depending on the water roughness. Awesome tour guides. Well worth the money.

We were very happy with the chairs and umbrellas we rented from Riptide. It was a nice little luxury to have them set up each morning. The staff was wonderful to work with.

Riptide was awesome. We rented a beach chair and umbrella and when we arrived it was professionally setup with my last name attached. The chair was the most comfortable beach chair I ever laid in and the umbrella was big enough to provide shade all day. When you are done for the day you just leave it where it is. Really convenient. I also had to move my reservation out one day and did it via voicemail the night before. They were more than accommodating. I would highly recommend their service.

Riptide is fantastic! The chairs and umbrella were already set up when we went for our early walks on the beach. Everything was in good condition and customer service was excellent!

We booked a beach umbrella and 2 chairs afterour Airbnb host (Fernandina Beach RealityRentals) suggested using this company while inAmelia Island. We obliged and were notdisappointed. Initially upon booking, arepresentative called to confirm our location andstated that the chairs and umbrella would beplaced up at the closer access point and not infrom out our private beach access dock.Ultimately when we woke up the next day andlooked outside (around 9:30am), the companyhad already set up our umbrella and chairs rightin front of our private beach access dock whichwas FABULOUS. They place a reserved tag withyour name to ensure that you know which one isyours. A representative of thr company came byaround 6pm to collect the items off the beach.Doesn't get any better than that!
